​Watch Attentively: Ensure you have watched the course videos carefully.

​Don’t Skip: Do not skip through parts of the videos before asking for help.

​Course Scope Only: Our support team cannot provide assistance for topics outside of the course material. Please refrain from asking for help with specific client projects or fixing issues related to your external freelance work.

​Technical Issues: If you encounter problems playing videos, we will assist you if the issue originates from our website or video hosting provider. However, our team does not provide support for issues related to your ISP (Internet Service Provider), browser extensions, VPNs, or operating system.
